Cannot email attachments using Outlook 2003

I recently installed MS Outlook 2003. Now cannot send web
links, web pages or even my own photograps from the
standard XP Pro "My Photo's" section. What gives? any
idea's?
 
Thanks for responding. When I try to send a link, page or
photograph by right clicking, then clicking send, an
email message is created. However, when I click "send"
nothing happens at all - will not send and no error
message of any type.
