Cannot Drag and Drob Emails

I cannot drag and drop emails from my in box to my subfolders. I have been
able to do this everyother day, however this morning, it does not work.

There is no error that pops up. I am on version 2003.

ANy ideas? BTW, I have open and shut Outlook several times, and it has not
corrected the problem. I have not adjusted any settings in my outlook either.
 
I did not, however it just decided to start working about an hour ago. Not
sure why. Thanks for your response.
