cannot downsize pictures from the internet

unable to reduce large pictures and print them, also
cannot get pictures saved in MY PICTURES
 
In IE6 click on Tools on your top bar.
Click on Internet options and then Advanced tab.
Scroll down the list and check the box Enable automatic image resizing.
To save the picture, right click on it and click on save on the opening
menu. A window will open for you to select the folder you want. The default
listed in this window should be My Pictures.
