Cannot download the information you requested

I get this error message when clicking hyperlinks to internet addresses,
suing Powerpoint in slideshow mode. I have checked the addresses by
putting them in a browser so they are valid.

Some of the suggestions I found said that the problem may be in the browser
settings, but I cannot find out specifically what to change.

Can anyone please tell me what to do? Thanks!

When placing the addresses in the hyperlink fields, have you included the
http:// prefix?

Do you have internet access and authorization?

Which internet browser are you using?
