cannot download anything!!!!

I've got a major problem. Whenever I try to download
anything from any site even Microsoft.com, I get this fast
web finder thing that pops up. I've tried to delete it but
I can't. If anyone knows anything about the fast web
finder site and knows how to get rid of it please help me.
The site has an e-mail address but it is false.
