Cannot Download Anything

I hope some body can help me....I cannot download any files
from the Net,pop up window coming up saying ( COCUMEN
1\OWNER\LOCALS 1\TEMP\NAME.EXE. COULD NOT BE SAVED,BECAUSE
THE SOURCE FILE COULD NOT BE READ....Thanks
