Cannot Download after upgrading to WINDOWS 2000 /IE6

While trying to download, I recieved the following
message

The document C:\Documents and
Settings\administrator\Local Settings\temporay Internet
files\Content.IE5\4PQJ4x2l\juct[2].CABis still infected.
do you want to delete this file


Entering yes has no effect

NAV is running and up to date. I can browse okay, I just
cannot download.

ANy suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Delete/Empty Temporary Internet Cache completely
How To: and with most operating system.

Delete also all your files and folders in the TEMP windows folder.
