Cannot display error when attempting a search

I am using Internet Explorer 6.0, Windows 98, dial-up
connection and just recently I am unable to search using
MSN or any search engine. When I do I get the cannot
disply page error. I can type in the url and to go to an
address or use my favorites to acess a page but I cannot
search. Help!!
I believe the probllem started after I ran the update that
pops up every now and then

code that uses a vulnerability in the Internet Explorer (MS03-032) to
execute.

The HTA code available on a web page downloads a file "partyboy.exe" from an
ftp site and runs it. This file is is packed with UPX. It is a batch file
which was compiled to executable binary (".exe") using a BatToExe tool.
When executed, it changes the Internet Explorer start page to find-now.info.
It prevents access to the most major search engines such as Google, Yahoo,
Lycos, MSN and AltaVista. To do this it replaces the following file:

Its not the delude virus. You are on the mark with Qhost but please ensure
you direct people to 03-40, not 03-32
