Cannot display Contacts List

When I just opened MIcrosoft Outlook 2003 SP3, I could access my Contacts
list. I got the message "The address list could not be displayed. The
Contacts folder associated with this list could not be opened. It may have
been moved or deleted or you may not have permission..."

How can I recover (find) my Contacts folder and open it?
