cannot disable driver signing.

hello. i'm trying to set the device digital signing to
ignore, but after i change it, i can't apply the new
settings. the apply button is disabled so the system
automatically reverts back to warn. what's going on?

It may be that you're not an Admin on the system, or at least the account you are using is not an admin

there is only my account and i have set myself as admin. i
don't know why it won't let me change it.
