Norton not detected any virus but on right click i have lost open explore
options and appeared some other language

on double click the HD OS asking for suitable program for open

If the problem started after you'd installed something, try
uninstalling that something. You can also try using System Restore to
go back to some point that precedes the occurrence of the problem:
START > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore.
