I've got a WinXP computer at work where a secretary tried to teach herself
how to burn files to a cd. Now, she can't burn anything and I can't get
Windows to delete the temporary burn files. I've tried booting to safe mode,
I've tried logging in as administrator and still can't delete the burn
files. I always get an error message saying that the files can't be deleted.

Another confusing thing is that the burn files consist of 'New Folder' which
contains 'New Folder' which contains 'New Folder' which contains 'New
Folder' , and on and on and on for about 14 levels and then there is a
single excel document. I've tried to delete the excel doc and each folder
individually and got an error message every time.

Anyone have any ideas?

One of these?
%homepath%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\CD Burning
or
C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name Here\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\CD Burning
