Cannot Delete Mail in Outgoing Box

I am having a problem with my Outlook at work. I composed an email with two
photo attachments, and tried to send it and now it is stuck in my outgoing
box and it keeps freezing everything up. I cannot delete it because it keeps
telling me that it is being spooled. HELP! I cannot get this thing out of my
Outbox and can't use Outlook either because it keeps freezing up!!!
