Cannot delete folder on D: drive

I have a folder that is empty, but I cannot seem to delete it. I created it
just a few days ago, and it is now empty. When I try to delete it I just
get a message saying it is a system folder and cannot be deleted. I
have tried a few options from a cmd shell using the attrib command,
but maybe I don't know the right one. Have any ideas?

What's the name of the folder?
