Cannot delete filename: Access is denied.

I have a folder with files that have a virus. I want to
delete it, but I get "Cannot delete filename: Access is
denied.

Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and
that the file is not currently in use"

How can I delete this?
....the folder is called "winad client"....is it ok to
delete this folder?

You can't delete it because a program is using. If you know what progra
is using the file then open task manager and stop the process and the
delete the file. You might want to scan for adware/spyware also
