cannot delete file found by spybot

Hi
I have a file lsp.dll in windows system32. it is to do
with "shop at home" Spybot cannot delete it so i rename
it *.old and delete it. However then i dont have an
internet conection and have to rename it back to what it
was. Id like to clear it out but dont know what to do
next to get rid of it. Any help would be appreciated.
