cannot delete an email from GSA

I have tried all I know, albeit not a lot appearntly. I cannot delete an
email in OEXP nor can I open it, don't want to either. Just how in the world
do I get the email to delete? Other emails delete without problem, viral
scan shows nothing and not sure I can do this in DOS mode. So what gives, I
have an email that cannot do anything with? Please advise accordingly.

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
