Cannot delete a GPO

Hey y'all

I just cannot delete this GPO. It keeps telling me that I
have no rights. But thats bogus (I think). I logged as
administrator and have given him full rights to thge GPO.
The GPO has to do with passwords. Please help.
 
When you are deleting a policy you are not only using the permissions on the
policy in the file system but the Active Directory objects have permissions
as well. Does a domain admin user account successfully delete the GPO?
