cannot delete 8 MB e mail, too many photos, from oubox.

If working with a POP/IMAP/SMTP account, create a new PST file and set it to
be the default delivery location. Restart Outlook and then go to the old
pst's outbox and delete the item. From there you can set the old PST file
as the delivery location and restart Outlook.
 
Thanks for the advice; but just how do I create the new PST file and the rest
of your suggestions. Don't mean to sound picky but it is a bit tough for me.
Really appreciate your help

Not sure which version of Outlook you have, but try starting with the mail
applet in the control panel. (This will not work for Outlook 98 or 2000 in
Internet Mail only mode.)
