Cannot Defrag

I am trying to find and delete \Documents and
Settings\owner\local settings\temp\McV41.tmp as what ever
it is it grabbed 19.35 GB of space yesterday and can not
be defragmented.

I checks through "search" and also looked at most of the
files and I can't figure out how to find this and deleted
it.

Click Start, Run and enter C:\Documents and Settings\owner\local
settings\temp This will open an Explorer window in this folder. Locate the
file and delete it. You may need to adjust your folder options to show
hidden files and folders. If the file won't delete, reboot and try again.
