Cannot customize Outlook

I am having difficulty customizing Outlook Today in
Outlook 2000. My OS is W2k Pro. I can open the outlook
today folder inside Outlook, but when I click on the
Customize Outlook Today Button nothing happens. Is this a
known issue or am I doing something wrong.

Can someone give me some ideas on what to do?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
(This is same problem as previous post).
