Cannot Customize Outlook Today

One of my users cannot customize outlook today when
running Windows XP Pro and Office 2000 Pro. I noticed
that another one of my users can when running Windows 2000
Pro and Office 2000 pro. Why is this? Is there a work-a-
round for this? Please advise. Thank you.

the quotes). You'll get *41,900* hits...........
