CANNOT CREATE EXCEL PROJECT

I get an error msg that says "Cannot create project" when I try to create an
Excel project using VSTO...but it does not happen w/MS Word....can someone
please help?

Could you paster some your code here about your problem?

It is a problem in VSTO 2005. It wont even allow me to CREATE a new Excel
project.....I don't even have any projects created yet. There seems to be
files missing....I have tried reinstalling but to no avail
