Cannot copy pics from internet

recently when I've tried to copy a picture from any internet site, I am
unable to do so. when I right click and chose copy picture to....I no longer
have the option to save it as a jpeg file type. I am also unable to save any
picture type to a word document...which I which I used to be able to do.

Time to perform some house cleaning chores:

Go to Start > Run and type: CLEANMGR.EXE , and hit enter.
This will start your disk cleanup utility. Make sure to cleanup
your Temporary Internet Files.
