Cannot copy or move files

Since a few day i cannot copy or move files/folders in the explorer.
I can delete, create files, create shortcuts,.. All works fine except copy
and
move. I already restartet the server. Nothing changed.

At the command-prompt (cmd) i can copy and move files.
