I’m having a problem with Outlook.
I have an email with attachments and I would like to copy the attachments to
a new mail. I used to right-click the attachment and copy it and close the
email. And then I open a new email and paste it. It works great with my out
look, but I can’t do it with the Outlook on my laptop.
The only difference is I setup “cached mode†on the laptop, but not on the
desktop.
Both Outlooks are the same version (2003) with SP2.
When I close the email with the attachment, there is a message “You placed a
large amount of data on the Clipboard. Do you want these data to be available
to Microsoft Office Outlook or other programs after you close this window?â€,
so I click “YESâ€. However, I can’t paste the attachment if I close the
original email.
It works as usual if the email is opened.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
