Cannot convert some old word 2007 files to pdf

All word files on my PC can be converted from word to pdf except 1 old
folder of files. The error message is that there is missing pdf convert
software. The option to re-install/repair it is selected, but it does not fix
the problem as it happens again when I try to convert any of these files. I
would appreciate any information.

You are converting the files with the downloaded PDF/XPS-Add-In? Does
Word show anything special when you open up one of these old files?

I'd try saving one of them in the new file format (DOCX) before
converting, but it's strange in any case.

If you can, publish a small sample file that does not convert on a
webspace or ftp server (at least we can then determine whether it's a
problem with the file or with your installation).
