Cannot connect to Term Server after 1st successful connection

Windows 2000 SBS set for remote admin is only allowing the 1st attempt to
connect. After logging out and trying to reconnect an Event 55 is logged
telling me that an "Attempt to send a message to a disconnected communication
port." was made.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
I would try installing Adware or such tool to locate spyware.
I found a reference regarding such problems due to spyware.
 
Ran Adaware and spybot...no change.
