Cannot change workgroup name it is greyed out

I am the administrator of a small office and I have 20
machines to administer. I have a colleague that has
created an image of our machines. I put it on one of my
machines and I need to change the workgroup name but the
option is greyed out the only thing I can change is the
computer name. I thought it might be a local security
policy but couldn't find it anywhere. I was hoping
someone knew what the problem was and what the solution
is. I am logged in as the computer adminsitrator.

Thanks,

Brady Holt

What OS are you using? Anyhow, is networking installed?
You need to look and see if client for microsoft networks
and TCP/IP is installed. This service and protocol must be
installed to network.
