cannot change allow/block cookie list

Using IE6 on XP2, behind a ZoneAlarm firewall and Norton anti-virus. Spybot
S&D and Ad-Aware also loaded.

I noticed two weeks ago that there are only two "always block" entries on
the "sites" tab of the privacy settings menu (gator.com and lop.com). I
added a number of "always block" and "always allow" sites from my old
browser's list, and just noticed today that they're all gone: the only
things on the list are those same two sites. I seem to be unable to make
any change to the list that will take at all.

Any ideas?

behaviour is due to a bug in a recent update for Spybot v1.3. NB: A more
recent update *may* have fixed the problem.

You may download the attached zip file, extract it to your Desktop then
click on it to merge the data into your Registry to fix the problem. When
finished, delete the REG and ZIP files.
