cannot browse the network

one strange problem, I have a Windows 2000 AD with XP and
2000 clients. XP clients cannot browse the network
sometimes. I have to restart the computer broswer and
netlogon services for the quick fix. Sometimes after 5
miniutes it still wont work after the reboot. file and
print sharing is enabled, netbios over tcp is also enabled.

I am using linksys router inside and my
gateway is pointing to Linksys router. My primary DNS
server is inside and all the clients is pointing to that
server.( MY ACTIVE DIRECTORY DNS SERVER).

I can ping my name and ip address, that's all
fine

Windows 2000 machines are working fine?
