Cannot boot up

[MUR]

Computer was working. I rebooted and cannot boot in any
version of Safe Mode. error message is
c000021a (Fatal system error). the session manager
initialization system process terminated with a status of
0xc000026 (0 x00000000 0x00000000)
The system has been shut down.

Please help.

System is Dell Dimension 2800 running XP Home.

I can't boot into any condition other than the error
message so I can't take any action suggested by the web
site you sent me to.
