Cannot add users to a group from another workgroup computer

Hi all

I have two computers networked using Win2K. One one of them i have no
problem creating new users in groups from either of the two computers.

But on the other computer it wont let me select the other computer from the
dropdown menu of Select User or Groups. The Look In option is greyed
out and only selects my computer.

Any ideas
