Cannot add table or cell background after FP03 upgrade.

Hello
Ever since I upgraded to FP03, I can no longer select a picture for the background of a cell or a table. In the properties it is not available to use the check box
Please help

Click Tools > Page Options and then select the Authoring tab and make sure the drop downs for:
"FrontPage and Share point Technologies" and "Browsers" are set to custom

In Tools Page Options Authoring set the Browser Schema to IE 5+
- there is a bug in the FP2003 Schemas which will incorrectly not allow IE4/NN4 settings to allow cell backgrounds
