Cannot add sound or video any more to Outlook E-mail (Word Mail) message!

Using Windows XP Pro and Office 2003. Recently updated both to their newest
service packs. (including xpsp2).

Word (2003) is set as my e-mail editor for Outlook 2003.

Before I could add video, audio, or marquee text to an Outlook E-mail
message by clicking on the appropriate icon on the "Web Tools" toolbar.

Now when I click on one of those icons, I get an error message like the
following:

Apparently, this error was missed in testing SP2. It also occurs in Word
2002. I haven't seen a solution for it yet, but I can confirm that SP2 does
indeed break this feature for both versions of Word. :-(

Do you know if Microsoft is aware of this problem, and working on a fix for
it?

Any change in settings that might make it work? Any work-around?

It has been reported; I think they're working on it.

Yes there are aware of the issue and AFAIK they are working on it. So
far there isn't a workaround other than not installing Windows XP SP2.

Any idea whether this has been fixed yet, either in a patch to SP2, or a
patch to Outlook 2003?

(I actually uninstalled SP2, went back to SP1, not just because of this
problem, but because of several. I'm wondering if SP2 has been fixed enough
by now, to install it again.)
