Cannot Add Replica Domain Controller - DCPROMO

I am attempting to add a W2K replica domain controller.
The DCPROMO is failing during the replication of the
schema. It always fails after replicating 403 objects.

10/16 08:28:21 [INFO] Error - The Directory Service failed
to replicate the partition
CN=Schema,CN=Configuration,DC=domroot,DC=intra from remote
server laxdc01.pasadena.us.domroot.intra. (8418)

I'm not sure what process to take to resolve this. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
