Cannot add reminder to email (Outlook 2007)

I cannot add a reminder to an email message.

I am using IMAP accounts.

When I follow all steps, but I so not get as an option "Add reminder".

I tried using Ctrl-Shift-G, add a reminder, but this information does not
persist.
 
IMAP doesn't support all features - it’s a limitation of the email server.
