Cannot access Windows Security Dialog box when pressing CTRL-ALT-D

Can someone help me with this issue? When i press the CTRL-ALT-DEL in
Windows XP SP2, the Task Manager comes up instead of the Windows Security
Dialog box. I really need to get access to the Windows Security Dialog to
lock out my workstation. How do i get the Windows Security Dialog box to come
up again? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Windows Key + L will lock the work station. Alternatively, you have turn turn off the Welcome Screen for CTRL-ALT-DEL to work the way you expect it to. Control Panel, User Accounts, Change the way users log on and log off.
