cannot access virus protection site

HELP. I cannot access Mcafee.com or symantec.com all I
get is a "we can't find" page So, far these are the only
two site that I know this happens. I even try the provide
link from my MSN account and I get the same. My IPS and
DELL was unable to help me. Can anyone help.

sounds like there has been a change to your registry by spyware

a restore may help, but manually changing it back has always been the best for me.
If your not sure, find out what your doing first, make a back up .... and don't guess, be sure of what your doing.
