Hi All,

How can I access the router (Breezenet) through my web browser? First
I need to get the ip address, I think. Problem is that I do not know
how. (WinXP SP2, home network)

Question: Are there utilities out there that will find the router's
ip address for me?

Thanks

Try doing Start/Run/cmd/ipconfig. The numbers that appear in the window
will show a default gateway. Copy down that number and close the cmd
window.

Open your browser and type in the address in this form:
http://123.123.123.123 (using the numbers that appeared for your default
gateway).

Hit Enter and, with a little luck, your router window will open.

I don't know that router but didn't you get any documentation with it,
that should have given you the address you have to put into the address
bar of your browser.

I think doing ipconfig/all from a run box will just show the ip address of
your machine but you should be able to find sites on the internet that
will show the address of the router, I think one is dsl.com but I'm no
expert on networking but someone should come along and tell you all you
need to know so just hang in there <g>
