Cannot access share on XP Pro

I have a domain with Win2k server. I have an XP computer on which I want to
share a folder. I have given "domain users' access to this share on the XP
box yet some users on the network can access it while others cannot. Some
machines will ask for credentials to connect to share. I also had to
disjoin/rejoin this XP pc to the domain because the trust relationship was
lost to the server. Any help would be awesome!
 
Hi,

Two things can block access to a share:

1) Permissions on the share
2) Permissions on the underlying files/directory

Check the permissions on your directory and make sure Domain users have
access.
(Disable Simple File sharing on the XP machine to view permissions)
