Cannot access secure sites.

I cannot get to secure websites using IE 6. I have updated
all the patches, set my security to the correct levels,
and I still cant get in to my e-mail or bank info or other
secure sites from home. Has this happened to anyone else?

Me too, it's making me nuts. Opera will open them but not
IE.

Hello, I'm having the same problem. I carefully and thoroughly worked
through each step of the troubleshooter. After each step I tried to log
into various sites. No go. The sites do work with Mozilla.

I have run spybot and wiped out any adware as well. Any other ideas,
how do you get Microsoft to support IE? I can't find an option for every
obscure program they write but not one for IE.

I have had zero luck getting any help from anyone with
this (present company excluded). I am going to try
downoading opera. The funny thing is I cant access the
sites using netscape either.
