Bonnie

When I started trouble shooting as you suggested, I thought "here we go
again" but OH MY GOSH! IT WORKED! I can't believe it. I'm not sure if it
was one thing or a combination of things but reinstalling the scripting
engine was about the only thing I hadn't done so I'm thinking that was it!
I am so grateful to you for taking the time to answer my plea.

Thanks again
Bonnie

ongoing for 1 year now! I've changed every security setting, firewall,
compared my setting to another computer but still can't find the problem.
Example, can get to main banking site but once I get the message "You are
about to view pages over a secure connection" I click ok and I then I get
"The page cannot be displayed".

If anyone can please help me with this I'd be so thankful...It's just so
frustrating.

In Internet Explorer -
1. Tools > Internet Options > Advanced
2. Scroll down to the Security Settings.
3. Make sure that the two boxes are checked that say
"Enable SSL 2" or "Enable SSL 3".
Try your secure sites.

Another thing you can try is:
Go to start/run
Type in: regsvr32 softpub.dll
Press Enter or click OK
