Cannot access secure sites on client computer

I am using internet connection sharing and cannot
conect to secure sites using the client computer.
I can connect to non secure sites just fine.

Cannot Connect to Secure Websites

Go to Tools > Advanced and uncheck "Use SSL 3.0"
or
Uninstall Internet Explorer update 832894
