Cannot access saved files

I can save word 2003 files to my computer, but cannot re-open saved files.
The programe gives the message that the file is unavailable. I have
activated the software.

Hi, carolineandbest. If Norton/Symantec Antivirus is installed on your
computer, try disabling the Office Plugin that comes with NAV by clicking on
Start | Programs | Norton | Options | Miscellaneous | uncheck the "Enable
Office Plugin" box.
