Cannot access OWA

Everyone on our LAN gets the error message "HTTP 400 -
Bad Request - Microsoft Internet Explorer," when trying
to open Outlook Web Access from their workstations.
 
Bummer - post this to an Exchange group and include some details - they are
a lot less forgiving than the Outlook folks.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer,
(e-mail address removed) asked:
