Cannot access one particular web site.

Whenever I try to access PGATOUR.com the site starts to
load then it fails and the screen goes back to the browser
page. This happens with AOL and IE but not with Netscape.
Do I have a wrong setting or is there another solution?
Thanks for any help you can offer.
 
Check your security settings, and see if anything is blocking the site.
Check your HOSTS file also.
