cannot access certain websites

Vista premium x 64 bit

I am having trouble accessing certain websites ie
a.. www.planetamd64.com it just wont let me in, i can access many other
sites, why does this happen? it is so frustrating

It seems to be down.... or doesn't exist

Works for me, but slow to load. Probably web server DNS or network
issue.

I just tried it again, and it's working.
