cannot access any secure servers or sites

Working on this 2-3 weeks. First could not access my e-
mail secured server and thought it was e-mail problem,
now I cannot get into my bank or anywhere that I need a
secondary secure site. I have been on help lines all day
and am casting my hopes upon the water that someone can
help. This worked OK before firewalls, etc.

I am experiencing exactly the same problem for about two

to three weeks and I have tried everything and talked to
everyone. IE shows as corrupt sometimes or my encryption
level is unrecognizable.

Worked great before I updated security software, etc.

HELP!!
