Hi
I am just tidying and updating a friends computer. I started to download
windows updates which she hasn't done for some time, but due to the large
nature of the files (I think it includes the service pack update) it is
taking a long time on her dial up connection.
I can't seem to cancel the updates now that I have agreed to download them,
is there any way to do this? Also, I just restarted the computer and the
updates went back to 0% - do you have to download the whole lot in one go or
will the computer remember what it has already downloaded?
I would like to cancel the whole thing and just download one update at a
time if possible, as her internet is now running even slower with the Update
continuing in the background!
Thanks in adance for any advice.
